Main Responsibilities:

Trade management, pre-matching, processing and settlement of FOREX Transactions.

Products covered – Spot /Forwards / Swaps / NDF and NDO / FX Options.

Procedural & Control Compliance with review and update of existing procedures
Increase levels of automated trade & cash uploads to eliminate manual input

Perform the CLS, “Continuous Linked Settlement” role for FOREX trades 
Provide first hand detailed training on CLS to other staff 
Provide cover for Payment Netting role 
Provide cover for Confirmation matching role including long form confirmations 
Provide cover for the Vanilla Option Confirmation / Payment process 
Learn and perform the daily Funding role 
Ensure full support to all trading areas. 
Learn and perform the Payment checking role 
Work alongside the FOREX Supervisor and provide cover in his absence 
Learn and perform the daily Transaction Reconciliation role

Essential Skills & Experience:

Extensive knowledge of working in a banking environment to include Full FOREX Trade Lifecycle. Proficient in SWIFT, Payment and Funding processes.
Requirement to work closely with Counterparts, Customers & Correspondents.
Requirement to work with MY CLIENTS in house system for settlements.

Requirement as a minimum to be proficient in the following:-

KONDOR+ GMI, TRAM, MS WORD, MS EXCEL, MS POWERPOINT , MS ACCESS , LOTUS NOTES CRYSTAL REPORTS
