The main responsibilities will be:

To lead the Customer interface and business growth process for Plant & Transport.

Responsible for meeting the needs of business sectors with regard to P&T issues, whilst taking into account corporate and departmental objectives.
Manage the integration of any Plant & Transport elements of business acquisitions.
Key interface with bid and business development teams.
Lead the Customer interface process for Plant & Transport.
Ensure that key business targets and KPI’s are met/achieved and that potential problems are identified and resolved at an early stage.
Lead the supply chain interface process for Plant & Transport.
Briefing and Communications responsibility for Plant & Transport.
Responsible for all legal processes and implementation of new P&T policies/processes throughout the business.
Promote a culture of integration, continuous improvement and the use of best practice.
Provide support to the Director of P&T in developing and maintaining appropriate P&T strategies.
