Job Description
To provide general admin support for Specialist Services
The main responsibilities will be:
Collection and completion of weekly and monthly timesheets
Recording asset and vehicle allocations
Updating databases
Liaising with site / supplier to clear invoice queries
Collation of reports on a monthly basis
General office duties including typing, filing photocopying, scanning, memos and arranging presentations. Dealing with outgoing/incoming post and distributing
Process sub-contractor payment certificates
Travel arrangements as required
Covering for other administrators as required
The ideal candidate will:
Comprehensive Knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel
Working knowledge of Outlook and the internet
Experience in an Administration Role
Methodical/ Organised
Efficient and professional approach
Ability to multi task
Good time management skills
Ability to prioritise
Accuracy and attention to detail
Able to work on own initiative
Work on own initiative but be aware of own current limitations
Patience and Diplomatic
To be able to communicate in writing and verbally.
