Job Description
Job Purpose:
To be the first point of contact for policyholders & customers on reception and switchboard
Key Responsibilities:
- Transfer telephone calls through to the relevant department
- Book meeting rooms, arrange refreshments for meetings and organise visitor passes
- Take deliveries
- Administration duties
- Additional reception duties as required
Skills/Personal Qualities:
- Good communication skills including confidence when talking on the telephone and in person
- Computer literacy and keyboard skills essential
- Reception / switchboard experience is essential
