Job Description
Coordinating and consolidating income files and P&L for the entire business line.
Compiling the turnover and charges figures on a regular basis.
Gathering all information regarding all types of invoices (T&M, Licence, Maintenance).
Contract database management.
Sales invoicing.
Monitoring of installation completions and processing contract cancellations. Custody of all contract originals.
ther Ad-hoc Sales & Finance Administration functions.
Required Skills:
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
Very good working knowledge of Excel
Degree level
Accounting knowledge
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently
Organised, with the ability to work to deadlines
Fast learner, motivated and enthusiastic
Remuneration:
Up to £26,000 pa OTE depending upon experience
